Resumen
Una de las problemáticas que centra la atención de la comunidad científica y en el contexto empresarial en la a importancia de la estimulación cognitiva en el mundo empresarial y la forma cómo se aplican los diversos enfoques teóricos cognitivos a la luz de un análisis argumentativo que como futuros administradores de empresa debemos tener al momento de estar al frente de las diversas organizaciones empresariales en la que nos desempeñemos. Por las particularidades la investigación corresponde a un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal, exploratorio y descriptivo. Para explicar el problema de estudio, se acudió a la investigación bibliográfica y de campo, se utilizó métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos. En el resultado propuesto, se destaca la permanente actualización sobre la cognición directiva y cognición organizacional para vincularse a los diferentes factores que influyen desde las perspectivas de la empresa como la del factor humano.
Abstract
One of the problems that focuses the attention of the scientific community and in the business context is the importance of cognitive stimulation in the business world and the way in which the various cognitive theoretical approaches are applied in the light of an argumentative analysis that we as future business administrators must have when leading the various business organizations in which we work. Due to the particularities, the research corresponds to a non-experimental, cross-sectional, exploratory and descriptive design. To explain the problem of study, bibliographic and field research was used, theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used. In the proposed result, the permanent update on managerial cognition and organizational cognition is highlighted to link to the different factors that influence from the perspectives of the company as well as the human factor.
